I have a Food Safety Level 2 Certificate. My kitchen and my food safety management system, based on HACCP principles, have (just like any restaurant) been audited by the Environmental Health Office which is part of RBWM. I am proud to say that they have given me a 5-star food hygiene rating which is the highest rating possible.
